Frequently asked questions
If you would like to take a day off or even just a few hours throughout the day select the schedule tab at the bottom of the home screen. You can now make yourself unavailable for whatever time or day you choose.
If you need to cancel a service for any reason you can select the service affected in your calendar on the home page which will open the booking details. Select the three dots in the top right corner of the booking details page to be given the option to cancel the booking. If you choose to cancel the realtor will receive a notification immediately and the booking will be removed from your calendar.
From the home page select the Account icon on the lower right corner of the screen. Scroll down to Notifications. You can now set your preferences on all of the different notifications available to alert you to updates in your calendar.
